Is this really free?
Yes — free to submit, free to see your Deal Check, free to see anonymized buyer matches. We only split a portion of the assignment fee when a deal actually closes through us. Your first closed deal is free to prove the system works.
Do I need to share the address?
No. Submit city and state only, plus the deal specs (price, ARV, beds/baths, structure, condition). Buyers see anonymized match cards — no property address, no wholesaler PII.
Who are your buyers?
220+ active cash buyers we've individually verified. Mostly U.S. single-family, small multifamily, and creative-finance operators. Each match card shows the buyer's criteria — states, price range, property types, structures, condition tolerance, minimums, disqualifiers — so you can judge fit before asking for an intro.
What is the Deal Check?
A grade card that runs on every submission — matched or not. It surfaces the math we check under the hood: price-to-ARV spread, price per square foot, assignment fee percentage, size-fits-bedrooms, and other sanity rules. If anything looks off, you see it before it goes to buyers. Completely free, even on deals we can't match.
How are matches scored?
Deterministic field-level comparison — not AI. Every buyer's explicit criteria (states, cities, price range, property types, structures, condition, minimums, disqualifiers) is evaluated against your deal. STRONG matches align on three or more criteria with zero conflicts. POSSIBLE matches have no conflicts but need field verification. No hallucinations, no guesses.
What happens when I click "Connect with this buyer"?
Our team reviews the deal against the buyer's criteria within 24 hours. If it's a fit, we make the intro. If it's not, we tell you exactly what we're seeing so you don't waste a cycle on a bad fit. We don't push deals to buyers until we've verified the match ourselves.
Will you steal my deal?
No. We don't buy properties — we connect wholesalers to buyers. Your submission stays private unless you explicitly click to connect. No buyer sees your contract, your seller, or your contact info until you approve it.
